Practical AI training your whole team can actually use.

AI is only valuable if your people know how to use it well. Our training programmes give staff the knowledge and confidence to work with AI safely, effectively, and with a clear understanding of where the guardrails are.

Tools without training are just liability waiting to happen.

Most organisations are already using AI in some form — but without proper training, staff default to trial and error. That means inconsistent results, poor prompting habits, and a real risk of misuse that could expose the business. Our training changes that. We give your team a shared foundation: how AI works, how to use it effectively, and how to do so in a way that's safe, appropriate, and aligned with your policies.

Four courses. One clear outcome.

All training is delivered through our LMS and completed at each learner's own pace. Managers get access to completion tracking and reporting.

Online, self-paced, and built to fit your team.

Training that works around your people — not the other way around.

LMS delivery

All courses are hosted on our learning management system. Staff enrol, complete modules at their own pace, and track their progress. No scheduling, no group sessions required.

Completion tracking

Managers and administrators get a clear view of who has completed which courses. Useful for compliance, onboarding, and understanding where your team's AI capability sits.

Paired with governance

Our training is designed to sit alongside our AI governance policies. When delivered together, staff don't just learn how to use AI — they understand the rules and context that apply in your organisation.

Standalone option

Don't need governance support? Training is also available on its own. Whether you already have policies in place or just need to upskill your team, we can deliver courses without the broader package.

Onboarding ready

Training works just as well for new starters as existing staff. Build AI awareness into your onboarding process so every new hire starts with a clear understanding of how to use AI at work.

Kept up to date

AI moves quickly, and our courses are updated to reflect it. You don't need to worry about training that goes stale — we keep content current so your team's knowledge stays relevant.

Common questions.

A few things people usually ask before getting started. Anything else? Just reach out.

Does every employee need to do all four courses?
No. The General AI Awareness & Use course is required for everyone — it's the foundation everything else builds on. The tool-specific courses (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) are optional and relevant to whichever platforms your team uses.
How long does each course take?
Courses are designed to be completed in a single session, typically 60–90 minutes. Staff can pause and return at any point, so there's no pressure to block out large amounts of time upfront.
Do we need to have AI governance policies in place first?
No. Training can be delivered standalone. That said, it works best when paired with clear policies — so staff know not just how to use AI, but the rules that apply in your organisation. We offer governance as a separate service if needed.
Can we customise the courses for our business?
Yes. We can tailor course content to reflect your specific tools, policies, and industry context. This is particularly useful for the General AI Awareness course, which can reference your own AI policy and approved tools directly.
What does our LMS access look like?
We set up an organisation account on our LMS and provision access for your staff. You get an admin view with completion reporting. Staff log in, complete their assigned courses, and receive a certificate on completion.
Is the training suitable for non-technical staff?
Absolutely — that's exactly who it's designed for. No prior AI knowledge is assumed. The courses are written in plain language, focused on practical use, and deliberately avoid technical jargon that would put people off.

Give your team the AI skills they need to work with confidence.
